Dear Valued Customer,

Cross Roads SUD regrets to inform our customers that we are adding a small increase to our water rates to help with the cost of products to treat water, the rising cost of electricity rates, and fuel cost.  Cross Roads hasn't implemented a rate increase in over 10 years and we regret having to do so now.  The new rates will be effective on the December 2022 billing.  The new rate increase can be seen on our web page or obtained at our office.
